Objective

What does support group do?

The work of a support group is:

To provide information, first hand or otherwise

To provide moral support.

To promote financial assistance from charitable institutions, good Samaritans and even people who have undergone the ordeal and would like to help others.

To enable people to get medication at reasonable costs, or enable them to reach medication distribution Centres. Members could meet in our chat rooms and we will arrange for them to meet physically as well. They will be able to share their experiences and also gain an insight into the progression and treatment of the disorder.

Who can participate?

Patients, family members, friends and even doctors. You can all share your experiences and come together as a community. Your knowledge could be essential for another person’s mode of survival and treatment.
