Report on Fourth Depression Support Meeting

The fourth Depression Support Group Meeting of 'Nirdhar' was held at Sambhaji Park, in Pune. The meeting was attended by its regular members. Dr Ashok Jhamwar, who is a naturopath, graced the occasion.

Many who attended the meeting of the Depression Support Group shared their own experiences with all those present. They shed light on their own struggles, and the long, hard battle they had fought with the debilitating problem, and how, many of them had eventfully emerged victorious from it. Needless to add, their testimonies were both inspiring and encouraging for all those who have had to grapple with depression in recent times, particularly those who are faced with the problem in their lives as now.
