- This floater policy covers all the members of a family under a single sum insured.
- This includes the insured person (between the ages of 18 and 80), their spouse and dependent children.
- The Sum Insured begins from Rs.1 lac in multiples of Rs.50,000/– up to Rs.5 Lac and from Rs.5 Lac to Rs.10 Lac in multiples of Rs.1 lac.
- Entry age to the policy is 36–60 years
- Sum insured is from Rs 1 lac to Rs 5 lacs in multiples of Rs 25,000/–
- Entry age to the policy is 3 months to 35 years
- Children from the age of 3 months are covered provided the parents are covered concurrently
- Entry Age to this policy is 61 years to 80 years
- Its applicable for people taking a Mediclaim Policy for the first time
- Sum Insured is from Rs.50,000 to Rs 3,00,000
- This Policy covers In–Patient hospitalization expenses incurred in India
- It can be issued individually to the family members as well as for the family as a whole on a floater basis as detailed below:
- All the family members can be covered under a single policy with Sum Insured and threshold level to be provided for all insured persons separately
- Parents can also be covered under the same policy covering the proposer's family
- Single Sum Insured and threshold level for all family members are covered under the policy
- Parents can take a separate policy for themselves or the son/daughter can cover them under a separate policy
- This Policy covers In–Patient Hospitalisation Expenses, Pre and Post Hospitalization Expenses, Ambulance charges incurred in India.
- It can be issued individually to the family members as well as for the family as a whole on floater basis as given below:
