Abstract: This exciting event brings together 400 individuals from healthcare, child welfare, education, law and government along with family members. They share ideas and perspectives on supports to children and families and innovations in care. Presenters will address the emerging needs of children and families to assist them through personal transitions and changes in care, systems, and regulations.
