Dapsone 100mg daily 50mg daily 25mgdaily

Drug Adult Children 10 to 14 Children 6–9 years
Rifampicin 600mg 450mg 300mg
Clofazimine 300mg 150mg 100mg
Dapson 100mg 50mg 25mg
Daily Dosage
clofazimine 50mg 50mg alternate day 50 mg twice week
Dapsone 100mg 50mg daily 25 mg daily
Rifiampicin, Oflaxacin, Minocycline (ROM) treatment: discontinued as per Govt. India’s instructions
