Haryana to Provide 24x7 Health Services

So far, 91 Community Health Centres and 295 Primary Health Centres have been covered under the scheme
Round–the–clock health services will be provided by Haryana's Health Department at all Primary Health Centres and Community Health Centres in the state.
"So far, 91 Community Health Centres and 295 Primary Health Centres have been covered under the scheme," Haryana Health Minister Narender Singh said.
Singh said that a scheme would be formulated to provide uninterrupted power and direct water supply to all the hospitals.
"A medical mobile unit has also been set up in each district to provide health care to the people in remote areas. In addition to it, a provision of MRI machine has also been made at district level," the Minister added.
The government has also introduced 101 referral ambulance services, comprehensive surgery package and delivery huts, reports IANS.
The Health Department is also preparing a smart card system for various health services.
